My stay at the hotel was pretty nice overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, although the view wasn't the greatest as I mostly saw an interactive billboard from my window. The styling was pleasant, very cozy, and offered a good view of the Canadian skyline. The service from all employees was really commendable - they were hustling dealing with calls, guests, and tradesmen, being super polite and accommodating. The location was spot on, making it easy to get to the Falls and move between the US and Canada effortlessly. However, the dining experience was just alright, nothing to write home about. Despite that, the hotel's facilities were on point, adding to the overall positive experience.
